1. Fully Insured Transit
Every parcel shipped by Aviner Gold is fully insured for its total market value while in transit. Our liability ends only when the package is successfully signed for and received by the authorized buyer.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 working days from payment clearance.
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4 to 7 working days via secure armored transit networks.
3. Mumbai Vault Pickup
Institutional clients and retail buyers may opt for physical collection at our Zaveri Bazar vault. Vault pickups must be scheduled via the app and require presentation of government-issued ID matching the billing details.
4. Packaging Security
All items, from 1g sovereign coins to 30kg silver bars, are dispatched in tamper-evident packaging. Do not accept the delivery if the outer security seal appears broken or modified.
